Gloria Moss BA (Hons), MA, Ph.D., FCIPD

Gloria Moss Ph.D. is a Professor of Management and Marketing.  She has worked as an academic at the Open University Business School, the University of Wales and Buckinghamshire New University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).  Her interest in organizations is reflected in her background as a Training and Development Manager for Courtaulds where she was in charge of Learning and Development at the UK’s largest manufacturing site, and then at Eurotunnel (the precursor to Eurostar) where she was UK Training Manager responsible for Management and language training.  It is reflected also in consultancy work on leadership, gender marketing and teamwork for a number of clients including Allen and Ovary solicitors; Fujitsu;  02;  British Telecom; M&S; Ford; Bayer; Canon cameras; the Employers Network on Equality and Inclusion (ENEI) and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.

 

  

Cristina Lunghi, MA, Ph.D.

 

Cristina Lunghi, an international expert in gender equality, Doctor in European law, Founder and president Arborus NGO - 
Her official activities also included a stint in the French government in 2006, where she created, in 2004, the Equality Label for the French Ministry of Equality, Nicole Ameline. Since 2010, Cristina Lunghi, she runs the Arborus Fund which welcome and helps companies in the implementation of their Gender balance policy. She created the GEEIS certification (Gender Equality European & International Standard)  and entrusted Bureau veritas with the audit. In March 2017, she launched the GEEIS-Diversity at the Economic Social & Environmental Council, in Paris, in order to integrate Diversity into a global strategy for equality: GEEIS-Diversity. In September 2019, she launched, in New York, at the UN headquarter, under the high patronage of the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations and the CEDAW Committee,  the GEEIS-SDG trophy, to highlight the practices companies having GEEIS label and working to promote one or more of the SDGs. A way to show that equality is the lever to change the world. In April 2020, despite the unprecedented Covid-19 health crisis, she launched in partnership with Orange group, under the patronage of the French Digital Secretary of State, Generation Equality - UNWomen, and the CEDAW-UN, the first International Charter for an Inclusive Artificial Intelligence which is the first step for the GEEIS-AI audit launched in Sept. 2020. GEEIS is certified by Bureau Veritas in 41 countries. 
She is the author of five books on the same topic. The last one was published by Ed L’Harmattan in Dec 2018 : “dernier « Plaidoyer pour l’égalité : année zéro». She was named in the order of the “Legion d’Honneur “ for the July 14, 2021 promotion by the Prime Minister.

Jocelyne Gonthier

A graduate of the University of Montreal /HEC Montreal in finance and a member of the Canadian Association of Planned Giving Professionals, Jocelyne is a consultant in major and planned gifts. She has over 25 years of philanthropic experience with various organizations. For 12 years, she was the Director of Major and Planned Giving at the HEC Montreal Foundation where she implemented major and planned gifts programs. She is a lecturer with various organizations including the French Association of Fundraisers, the Canadian Council for the  Advancement of Education (CCAE) and the Association of Foundations of Health Institutions in Quebec (AFÉSAQ). She also facilitates training on planned giving at the University of Montreal.

Jhoyce Oto


Jhoyce Oto is an architect from École de Polytechnique. She is the founder of the Black Women Business Lobbying. Elle 

At the head of many companies, the polytechnic architect Dr. Jhoyce Oto is one of the most emblematic figures of the African diaspora and of diversity in France. She has just created a school of female leadership in Paris, the Women Business School. The business manager is in fact never short of ideas to push women to always go further in the realization of their projects.
